ITSM Service does not exist (ARERR 48219) "Please select Service"

Open the item ITSM ticket which is not working.

  1. Update the ticket.

  2. Notate the value in the “Service+” field.

  3. Create a new Service with on the Atrium Core Console -> Service Catalog form.

  4. Type is “Technical Service, accept all defaults.

  5. Open the “BMC.CORE:BMC_BusinessService” form.

  6. Search for the Service in the “Name” field

  7. Go back to the ITSM ticket and update it.

  8. Copy the recon id number.

  9. Paste the recon id number into the “ReconciliationIdentity” field and save.

  10. Go back to the ITSM ticket and update it.
